Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked. If the PinTour Organizer plan isn’t right for you, email pintouradmin@gmail.com within 14 days of being charged — for your first year or a renewal — from the email on your PinTour account, and we’ll refund that charge in full.

• Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually show up within 5–10 business days.
• A refunded plan is canceled right away and organizer tools lock. Tournaments you already made stay viewable.
• Canceling without a refund is always available in My Profile → Manage subscription: you won’t be charged again, and organizer tools stay on until the end of the year you paid for.
• After 14 days, write to us anyway — we look at every request.
